The traffic police in Geron reported 101 traffic accidents during the year, resulting in 10 deaths and 72 injuries


The deputy head of the traffic police appointed by the occupation in the city of Geron, Colonel Ismail Tanha, presented an annual statistics of traffic accidents, indicating the amount of 101 accidents during the past year.

Tanha added that these accidents resulted in 10 cases of deaths as well as 72 cases of injuries.
And accordingly activists believe that the reasons behind such increase in traffic accidents are poor road infrastructure, and lack of lighting poles as well as warning signs especially during night times.
